Dale builds and creates things. He is the founder of Pickld, a promising startup. He also founded MightyMinds, FilipinoMatters and GoTOTO, all non profit organizations - his way of 'paying things forward'.
He has co-authored a book, Filipino Pride and led a team to develop the first Filipino-themed game on iTunes & Googleplay, SIPA. He is currently an executive and director of one of the top rural banks in the Philippines. He is also a co-director and a mentor in Founder Institure (Manila).
Dale likes to explore and learn new things. He has hiked through Himalayas exploring Mt. Everest trek, backpacked in South East Asia, and went on a road trip driving from East to West Coast in US through the historic Route 66.
He graduated with highest distinction in his master's class in University of the Philippines, a BSC in Marketing at De La Salle University and also took a one year graduate program in management at Harvard University.
